This policy explains what personal information Sisu Management LLC collects through sisumgmt.net, how we use it and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you contact us by email or through the inquiry form, we receive your name, email address, social media handle and the content of your message.
• Client information. If you become a client, we process the business, contact, billing and account information needed to deliver our services under a separate written agreement.
• Technical information. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and request data to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and evaluate potential engagements.
• To provide, invoice and improve our services.
• To keep our website and systems secure.
• To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example website hosting, email, payment processing and accounting), with professional advisers, when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a merger or sale of our business. Service providers may use the information only to perform services for us.

5. Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months unless it leads to an engagement. Client and billing records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterward for the period required by tax and accounting law, generally seven years.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach of personal identifying information occurs, we will notify affected Wyoming residents as required by Wyoming Statutes §§ 40-12-501 through 40-12-509, and residents of other states as required by their laws.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing admin@sisumgmt.net. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity and may keep information that we are legally required to retain. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws, and we will honor them where they apply.

8. International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
